Thanks Maninmyshadow, that was my next question. Should I stick to the treadmill or go outside to train. I live in the PNW and we don't always have the best weather except for this time of year.

Most likely what you are referring to is the top of your pelvic bone it seems to appear at the iilac crest highest part of the side and continues around to the back. and there are approximately 13 muscles that attach to that area.

Thanks you guys have been a a lot of help. I tried drinking water but it helped for about 10 minutes. I really thought I had eaten more but I guess I did not take into account the exercise portion of it, which put me at a deficit. Next time I'll know better.
