Hopefully I won't have a warning for this post. I even put a black square on the underwear.
This is the pic of my back, I am flexing a bit. I was wonderring if that "line" at the bottom of my back was "normal" or if I should do different lifts

That kind of just looks like a tan-line issue to be honest. I can see the muscle definition in your back but it's hard to tell how your glutes are developed. Are the upper glutes pretty firm at this point? What exercises do you do to address your lower back, glutes, and hamstrings?0 -
my understanding is that the natural waist is where the lats and glutes meet, there is an indentation there. i THINK that that's what you're seeing.0

Most likely what you are referring to is the top of your pelvic bone it seems to appear at the iilac crest highest part of the side and continues around to the back. and there are approximately 13 muscles that attach to that area.0
