  • My change on the scale was negligible :(... Just 0.1kg or 0.2lbs I went out to have a dinner on saturday, but sunday i spend the whole day at a swimming pool, uff Hopefully it will be better next week

Regarding my weight story, I have started gaining weight basically when i have started living alone :) and…
  • :) I hope to be able to reach the goal myself. Currently i am doing 40 minutes a day of moderate cycling (going to work and back) to this i hope to add some swimming. We will see :)
