Sorry to hear abt the pain. I too have RA but some recent diet changes I have made have really helped reduce the pain. I have switched to eating more fresh fuits and veggies, and also decreased eating processed food (anything that comes in any sort of packaging) drastically. Have some almonds or the fruit-nut edley from Costco. Crunchy, caloriefull & more importantly- Yummy! Ps: It helps adda glow to your skin as well :)

I have learned that if I eat slower I amactually able to get full on smaller portion sizes. It seems obvious now but its hard to practice!

I am new too. Need to lose about 10-20 pounds. But starting with a smaller goal of 5 pounds. That's been hard enough. Hoping this time will be better!
