I'm New!!

I figured it was time once again to lose some weight. About 2 years ago I lost 50 lbs, I think I have gained about 25-30 of it back. Always a struggle. Since I was 18 I have yo-yo'd up and down, had two kids and yo-yo'd some more. If I added up all the weight I have lost over the past 15 years, I would have lost more than 100lbs....but, I have also gained that much back too....gotta start somewhere though, so here we go!! Wish me luck :)

    I am new too. Need to lose about 10-20 pounds.
    But starting with a smaller goal of 5 pounds. That's been hard enough.
    Hoping this time will be better!
