I have not been doing any strength training. Does cardio interfere with gaining lean mass? If I start strength training, how much should I cut back on the cardio? Thanks for the replies!

Just to clarify -- you only eat within a six hour period? Does it matter how it's spread out over that period, or should it be regular intervals in that period? I've heard a few different things about IF recently and I'd love to know more about it.

The only other thing I can think of that might be helping is that I realized I wasn't getting enough calcium or iron every day (usually really below the recommended amount).
