I was only a low calorie diet for a few weeks before raising my calorie intake. So far I haven't gained, but haven't lost either and have started exercising. I may to a reset in 6-8 weeks if I don't see any progress.

At your weight its' not about losing weight as it is strength training. If you simply diet you will lose a lot of lean muscle mass. Just set your calorie goal to your BMR and always eat above that. You aren't eating nearly enough! You should be eating above your BMR and below your TDEE with your workouts.
