  • Went to a fish fry Saturday for a friends wedding anniversary.... bad day... It's TOM so I'm bloated and the fried food didn't help at all! Back to it this week and determined to track this weekend even though I'll be busy again!

  • Try flavored vodka and diet 7 then... I personally hate fruity booze. I stick to vodka and diet 7 if I decide to drink, maybe some red wine. I've had to really limit my favorite which is dark beer.
  • I would work on more strength training and less cardio. You want to lose fat without losing your lean muscle mass. It will be harder to change your body's extra skin because of your age (sorry!   • Just try to focus on hitting your protein, carb, and fat goals with proper fruits/veggies and drink at least a gallon of water every day.
