I went from 270 down to 210 and I've stayed around 215 for a couple months now. I want to be under 200...by Thanksgiving would be great!

I lost over 30 pounds my first time around on P90X and eating right. However I've tried like 6 times to start round 2 and I can't seem to get the discipline this time. I'm on week 4 and I pretty much didn't work out at all. Any feedback you can give me to keep me going?

I have replaced red meat with turkey wherever possible. That for me and my family has been huge. We have also replaced regular pasta with wheat pasta. I try to stay busy and workout around 8 or 9 pm. That way I'm pooped by the time I actually sit down and I don't have the energy or desire to munch.

REmember on this diet the 1st 17 days you can eat as much of the permitted foods (only 2 pieces of fruit before 2pm) you want. Eat lots of protein and drink plenty of water. It is going to be very difficult the first week or so, stick it out!

If you look at my meals, you can see that I'm eating all the time! I'm not a nutritionist, but I am losing 2lbs a week just like you and my calorie intake is around 1400 without working out and I've been doing P90X. Now I eat back what I workout too though so if I burn off 500 calories I then eat 1900 calories…
