It depends on which is easier for you, I've heard arguments from both sides. Personally I like to use my weights before cardio because I am usually too tired to do anything but shower after the treadmill! I also like to do circuit training to incorporate both and then get on the treadmill after that.

Well as long as you're saying that, why does 1 pound matter? Maybe we should go by increments of 5? The fact is, a loss is a loss, and if you see how much a pound of fat is, losing half a pound is still a valid loss. Why do you need to put others down for being proud of losing 1.4 as opposed to 1 pound?

It definitely gets easier with time. I log everything that I put In my mouth (I logged Advil the other day) if you have time to eat it you have time to log it!

OP I used to do the same thing, I just recently started adding friends a month ago and it's amazing how much it helps! It might be fun to see what college people attend too. So I'm Gina, I'm 20 years old and I go to Arizona State University.

I take a tablespoon of flax seed oil daily. I blend it into my green smoothies in the morning with a probiotic. Smoothies are a great way to get energy, protein, veggies, and other nutrition you need for the day. I can't live without them!
