I have been really bad about getting any exercise in. But Im going to start running again. My goal for December is 30 miles. I ran 2.53 miles today. Good Luck to everyone!!!!!!

Gonna Stick with 50 miles for this month. Signing up for a 5k with the whole family in July so i need to get back in the groove of running more often. I need the motivation! 3.05 miles in today

'My goal for this month is once again 50 miles. ITs a lot harder to get the miles in with 4 kids and working 60 hours a week. Hope it slows down around here and I can make my goal this month.

I am at 12.22 miles for the month. More motivated this month already....hopefully it doesnt get too crazy around here and i can keep it up. Hope everyone is having a great week!

I did not make my goal for Jan so im changing my goal from 70 miles to 50 miles for Feb. I've got 3.23 miles in today....going to be my month!!!!

I've been really bad about keeping up with posting here but im at 24.65 miles for the month. Im once again not going to meet my goal. Im finding it super hard to find time/energy to run while working 60 hours a week and taking care of 4 kids and a house. BUT its time to stop the excuses and get my butt back in gear.

You could try adding small amounts of exercise through out the day. I like to do squats if i have to stand at the stove. You could do a couple of mins of stuff and it will add up by the end of the day. Also a lot of ppl on here count things like house work as exercise and thats how they get more in.

My goal for Jan is 70 miles. I signed up for a 5k Feb 9th so I have some motivation. For this week so far ive done 3.5 miles this am.

Been a total slacker and have not even come close to my goal of 70 for Dec. Have picked a 5k to do on Feb 9th for motivation.

have come to terms with the fact that i am not going to meet my goal this month. I've been sick since monday and today was the first day since then that i tried to run. Just wanted to share that as of this am I am at pre-baby weight. I saw 213.6 lbs this am which is what i weighed when i got prego with my almost 5 month old.YAY!!!!! Honestly its cuz ive dropped 5 lbs in 2 days with the nasty cold that ive had....but i will take it.

Im at20.24 miles for the month after todays run. Having a slow start with adjusting to being back at work and deal with sick kids and me being sick...still very reachable goal of 70 miles for the month.

Goal for November is 70 miles. Same as last month, was less than 2miles from goal last month...due mostly to injury. Returned to work after 7 months on maternity leave this week so im keeping the same goal since i work12 hour shifts

Total for the month is 64.55 miles. Been slacking due to an IT band injury. Only 5.45 miles needed to get to goal for the month. I should be able to do that weather im hurt or not

Isnt today the 5 week mark? I weighed in at 220.0 lbs this am so that means that I've lost 14 lbs since we started this challenge !

I've had a rough start with a crazy first half of the month and nursing a pulled leg muscle so my total for the month so far is 24.77 miles with 45.23 miles to go til I get my goal for Oct. I am feeling a lot better pain wise so i still think that i can make it to my goal.

I am at 11 this week. I had a bad week where i only ran 3 days so i have to step it up next week and get to it.

I weighed in this am at 224 so im the same this week. I had a decent week and then a horrible weekend and im suppose to start my period on friday so im super bloated from the alcohol and the fast food that i ate plus af around the corner. I will prob be 222 tomorrow post weekend bloat.

Im at 224 this am so thats another 2 lbs. Im at 10 lbs total for this challenge. My mini goal is to be at ore baby weight of 218 by Halloween.

My goal for October is 70 miles which is 10 miles more than what i ran in Sept after setting a goal 50

I am at 60.75 miles which means that i went over my goal of 50 for the month. thanks for the great challenge...going for 70 for Oct.

I was 231.6? last monday and today i am at 226.0 so that 5.6 lbs this week!!!!!!! That means that i am down 8 lbs in 2 weeks. I am really hoping to be down to my pre-prego weight my Halloween of 218!!! At this rate that it def do able.
