  • This is hard. I'm on a huge zucchini kick right now. I use my spiraler and top it with a little tomato sauce or diced tomatoes. So good. Or carrots - juiced.
  • This is my biggest fallback, so I'm in. Nothing for me past 8.
  • For me, include more avocado and nuts. You can make a spread or dressing out of an avocado which will add fat and calories to help you reach your goal.
  • I know I'm late to the game, but can I join? I'll start on Sunday with logging.
  • I did a modified version and had good results but I only did it for 4 days. And I guess I didn't do it quite right because I added some vegetable juice when I was really hungry and didn't do the laxative tea because that sounds horrifying. I wouldn't do it again though. I saw if you want a cleanse, do a vegetable/green…
  • Oh darlin, that's so tough. I agree that it sounds like he doesn't want you to progress, maybe because he's worried you'll realize how beautiful you are and want to leave him. I got into several fights with my ex because he would say things when I was dieting like "you're going to lose weight, see how hot you are and want…
  • I agree with the above that it's probably a combination of changing up your routine. When you work out, your body retains some water for muscle repair, so not working out probably has let that go.
  • My initial goal weight was 199 because I had been in the 200's for so many years. Then when I hit 199 I was mad that it wasn't the physical response I hoped for, so now the new goal is 165 because it's my healthy bmi target. Sooooo close.
  • I was always really warm but since losing weight, I can never stay warm. I put on 6lbs over the course of a couple months and I noticed that I was heating up again. Since starting to lose, I'm back to being cold. Might be psychosomatic, might not.
  • To wear a bikini and not be embarrassed! =)
  • I agree. You should up them more. At WW they taught us that you can't let your body get used to eating the same amount, so you should have high days, low days and days where you stay on point. Maybe try that if you are worried about eating too much.
  • I did it as a cleanse and loved it. I got a juicer for christmas and have since converted half my office to juicers. I don't want to do it as a long diet but I think a few days to a week is healthy every once in a while. Just have to remember to keep the vegetable ratio up higher than the fruit. I like how it streamlines…
  • Two years ago I suffered from extremely high blood pressure, around the 190-200/110-120. Cutting out salt helps but for me the biggest help was eliminating meat and dairy. Meat digests slowly in your system and a lot of the red meats can be high in sodium. If you google the SALT diet, that is supposed to bring it down. I…
  • I don't but only because I know I do not have a high metabolism. I think the exercise calories are a broad range and you don't necessarily burn all of those. Just listen to your body, maybe try eating half of them and see if that impacts weight loss.
  • I don't usually have that problem but the opposite. I'm supposed to eat 1210 a day and have been hungry at bed, but I know that's more of me being bored, so I've been staying out of the kitchen. Maybe up something like avocado which is high in calories and sustaining to help you reach it?
  • I would be most interested!
