  • That's great! Congratulations! Exercise will come. I have found that walking is a great first step (no pun intended). Whether people are morbidly obese, obese, fat or trying to be more fit, we are all taking the right steps by being part of this community. GO US!!

  • Mine was 170, but surpassed that, which lead me here. My mom was morbidly obese and has been very successful with her gastric bypass surgery. I just fear that I will lead down that path one day. So, I am doing everything I can now to help avoid that.

  • Thank you so much for the feedback. I am going to wait until the 2 week mark and then see how I am feeling about it. The curiosity is getting to me. Although, I know not to base everything on numbers. I am focusing on my strength right now, which is getting better :)
