If it fits into your calories, just eat it and log it. You're not "giving in." Lifestyle change means exactly that, LIFE. Are you planning to go the rest of your life without having any fried chicken ever?

I just have a small piece of chocolate. Trying to deny myself sweets completely always backfires, so I just have one fun-size and make it last.
-
No. Too much of ANYTHING will turn to fat. Calories from carbs take no longer to burn off than calories from any other source.

TO READ WHAT THEY WROTE, LIKE GRANDMA!

Use the search function. This has been asked before. And the answer to this question is always no. Losing weight is not a quick fix. It won't happen fast, if it's happening in a way that's healthy.

Check out some of the recipes on http://www.justbento.com . My lunch today consisted of fruit, veggies with hummus, pretzels, and one of the lazy tea eggs from a justbento recipe.

1) Nobody likes to hear people say "I can't eat all that!" because HELLO, you got fat somehow! So unless you switched to a purely raw food diet, you sound like you're full of crap. 2) Thirty pounds in three months is pretty drastic; did you talk to your doctor? 3) Are you weighing your food accurately? If you're not, then…

Don't obsess. If you really want it, make it fit into your daily macros. And if it doesn't quite fit...that's okay sometimes. Really. SOMETIMES is the key here.

Try this WebMD article: http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/guide/good-protein-sources Basically, if you don't want red meat, go with eggs, dairy, plant sources such as nuts, lentils, beans...

Well, no, you won't be "dieting" forever, but once you've lost weight, I think you'll find that your maintenance will be lower than it used to be. You don't want to go back to eating exactly like you did before; that's what brought you here in the first place!
-
Stuff like that should be accounted for in your activity level setting.

Just something to remember: Calcium will inhibit iron absorption, and Calcium needs Vitamin D to be properly absorbed. So you don't want to try to get all of both in one meal, because it won't work as well. If you decide to take a supplement, don't take them at the same time.

I'm glad that it works for you, and I'm not doubting that it does, but I'm willing to bet it's more to do with something that you're removing from your diet while you do it rather than something IN the cleanse itself, and I'd be more interested in finding out what the problem is. Do what I said before with adding notes to…

Medical student here. I would also suspect a food allergy; make an appointment with your doctor. They're the only one who can tell you for sure. Add notes to your food diary. When do you have symptoms? How bad are they? Keep track and look for patterns. If, for instance, they're only bad when you have dairy, then cut dairy…

This is PRECISELY why you don't eat less than 1200 per day. When you stop eating so little, this happens because your metabolism is messed up. Be patient, give your body time to realize it won't starve. AND DON'T EAT LESS THAN 1200 CALORIES PER DAY! Also drink more water.

Women are familiar with this problem. It happens to breasts, too. It just does, because bodies aren't perfectly symmetrical. You can't spot-burn, so just focus on losing fat overall and it will take care of itself.

Note about iodized salt: You NEED iodine in your diet. Make sure you're getting it from another source, or you could run into thyroid problems.

900-1000?! NO WONDER YOU'RE GRUMPY! EEEAAATTTT! Seriously. Those snickers commercials didn't come from nowhere.
-
This is one of the reasons people suggest pictures. You don't see it because you look at yourself every day. I still don't SEE it but I feel it. Like, "Wow, these pants used to be tight!" and "Holy crap, look how much more I have to tighten my belt now!" And my least favorite: "@#$%! My bras don't fit! AGAIN! And the cup…

One of the reasons that sugar from fruit and vegetables sources is considered differently than the sugar from say, cake, is because the fiber in the fruits and vegetables cuts down on the amount of sugar your body can absorb. Plus you get all those wonderful nutrients from your fruits and veggies! As has been said before,…

Midol and lots of water.

The numbers are grams. Read the stickies at the top of the forum; you'll find lots of useful information there!

By no definition ever is a size 2-6 even REMOTELY fat. Your mother clearly has issues and is trying to push them on you. Don't let her. Do NOT let her talk you into ANY weight loss supplements. At best they're a waste of money, at worse they'll mess up your system. If she keeps up commenting on what you're eating for…

Can't say that for sure without stats. I lose at 1700. I may go a week or two without losing, then BAM! Two pounds gone in four days.

Not losing weight, but body composition is changing? Sounds like muscle gain to me! Muscles respond to stress, so when someone who was not fit to begin with starts working out, even at a calorie deficit, guess what? Muscle gain! Not body-builder muscle gain, but the muscles DO become stronger, which just doesn't happen…

What's the most ridiculous diet you've ever tried? What was a big "weight loss plan" people used to do that you now look back on and cringe?
-
I wouldn't bother, but if you must, log it as tea, I guess?

Everyone with bra problems, take a trip to www.reddit.com/r/ABraThatFits . Your life will change, trust me. They have a great guide on how to properly measure yourself, and where to find bras if you're a size your local store doesn't carry.
