Help! Allergic to seafood

Hi guys!! I'm new on this site but excited about my journey. I am allergic to seafood and sick of eating chicken, what other foods can I eat for protein? I am on a 1500 calorie diet :cry:

    Basically, if you don't want red meat, go with eggs, dairy, plant sources such as nuts, lentils, beans...

    All seafood or just shellfish?

    Also what about beef or pork chops? If you're concerned with calories, you can buy 90/10 lean ground beef. Its 200 calories for 4oz.

    If your only concern is calories, you should be able to eat any meat you like. I eat pork loin, pork chops, various cuts of lamb and beef, and all parts of the chicken (not just skinless boneless breast), so on. And I usually eat fewer than 1500 calories. Look up the different options in the database and see what fits your meals.

    If meat is an issue or just for more options, yeah, eggs, dairy, beans, tofu.

    I have a shellfish/fish allergy and I have no problem getting my protein in every day. Chicken, whole egg and/or egg whites, pork loin, turkey, chickpeas, lentils, greek yogurt...all very high in protein and lean.
