Special Water

I am not lauding or negating the so-called "detox waters", nor am I looking for a miracle from one such thing. I have a question for my benefit, and just to get a run of opinions on it. I made a mixture of mint cucumber and lime water. How would I account for the additions when adding the water to my food diary? I mean, I guess since I'm not actually consuming them then they don't get added, since I'm only actually drinking the water, which I can account for daily?

I wouldn't bother, but if you must, log it as tea, I guess?0

I put cucumber slices in my water almost daily, but I don't log the cucumber. I just put it under my water intake.0

I would not even count it. If you ate the cucumber, it would only add a tiny amount of calories anyway. The tiny bit of lime juice you'd be consuming will likely be single figures of calories. This is not the kind of detail you need to be overthinking. Seriously, this is coming from someone who used to log fruit teas that are maybe 2 calories a cup. It really will not make the slightest bit of difference.0
