Yes x3! Exercise - today I power cleaned. It truly was a recovery workout. Tomorrow is my marathon so I didnt want to overdo it. Food - had an impossible burger. Pretty good! :smile:

Taking pass #1. I probably went over cals. The food options were nil BUT I got.my exercise in at the 50 West Mile run. Only a mile run but it too 4 miles.to.walk to the start line lol

Yes x 3 Exercise - 3 miles running after a storm blew through. I'm grateful spring is here. Dinner - made a new recipe...creole black eyed peas. Yum!

Yes x3 ❤ My excerice today was a 1 mile run and 20 mins of yoga. Favorite meal was a vegan taco salad. Delish!

I wanted to.do this challenge for the 1st time in April. But guess what? I ended up getting really sick for over 2 weeks and it completely derailed me. So, onward and upward in May!

@fitphoenix I use 1 can of northern beans, 1 can of chickpeas ...smash those sucks up with a potato masher or processor. Mix in a little veganaise, onion, celery, and smoked paprika. Serve on a bed of salad or bread. So yummy! =)
