Anything that doesn’t promote a specific diet.....or says “the best” lol
I’d stick to ncbi or pubmed articles honestly. Nutrition now a days is like politics. Or listen to podcast by Eric helms, layne norton, Alan Aragon, Jeff nippard.....etc3 -
