For all who asked for success story. Ill try to be brief I joined TOPS in August 2014 at 271. Had ups and downs. Got to 195 by October ‘15 and I was sure I’d get to goal. Oh sorry not had any free time lately to check for answers. My calorie setting is like 1790. I have myself down for 3. Thirty minutes work outs a week. If I walk two hours I should add that exercise in for more calories since it is over the 90 min I specified ? Thanks

I guess what’s hard is saying the goal has been reached and the worry of gaining back if I don’t count every calorie

Havent been good about posting. Got the idea to try low carb and went out and got Atkins Drinks and bars (low carb high fat ):ohwell: Didnt stay with it tho. So from 8 days ago till this morning 2 lb gain :devil: exercised once
