I got 10 pounds to lose. Should I eat the exercise calories?

Last 5 pounds ? 10 pounds ?
It’s taken me about 3 months to lose 5 pounds. Granted it’s stayed off well I don’t exercise much since I’m so busy (work 2 jobs and one job involves a lot of walking) I get very little sleep. Lost 30 lbs in about 18 months. Age 61 Anyone in the same boat? Love to get to goal but every morning it’s down .1 then up .2

Curious since ypu cant do net carbs ? 8 lbs to lose. Thinking 75 carbs without taking away fiber ? 1500 cal im vegetarian and cant digest high fat meals

91 lbs down at maintenance. Just received $200 worth of clothes in the mail from Kohl’s . Got a jeans brand I’ve never tried before everything fits and looks great the shoes are a little small but the main thing is I can buy stuff and not try it on and it looks great success to you all it’s sure worth it

I have my settings at three 30 minute workouts a week. Should I ever deduct exercise or just go with default ?

Was it hard to know where to stop and stopping?
After 18 months of changed eating habits , exercise and daily weigh ins I find it hard to say. I’m done. According to charts I have 11 pounds to go for normal BMI but co workers say I look scrawny. When did you know you were done ?
I picked the highest weight for bmi 24 figuring that would be my goal weight. I still have 18 1/2 pounds left to get there. But clothing size wise im happy here. Size 8 or 10 jeans size Med or large Tops Im 56 i dont think being size 4 or 6 is going to look anything but too thin. Anyone near my age that can relate ? Thanks

Major weight fluctuations
I eat same low cal foods and exercise 30 minutes most days so it's not the foods. I Lost 3/4 lb I'm so happy next day I'm up 1 1/2. I was very careful with food today. 1300-1400 cal drank 60 oz water. In evening up another 4 lbs. This is insane !

At the gym today I programmed my weight and age into the exercise bike/machine/computer at the end of the work out I had burned 188 calories.According to MFP I burned 409 calories for the same exercise. What number should I go by?
