help please

in Getting Started
no matter if I have lost weight my home page aways says -0 lbs lost . How do I fix this ?
I check in and it never changes

    That has to be frustrating!

    I've been poking around my own profile to see if I could come up with some help, and am mostly coming up empty. :confused:

    One thing I can think of is if you set your starting weight below your current weight?
    And if you go through your ticker settings (go to your profile, see the links below your ticker), do you have it set to show pounds lost?
