Whether fitness or diet related or not.
My goal is to read at least 15 books and eat a salad a day.

A salad a day for 365 days?.. life's too short for that many salads. Besides.. a decent salad can be pretty calorie dense. I've had 600 calorie salads before. I would rather have a burger lol8

I love pasta, but I should eat less carbs lol3
-
To focus on a keto diet and exercise program3

Carbs aren't bad.. eat what you enjoy.6

Thank you for starting this positive thread! Happy new year to everyone. My goals are to:
1. Eat a nourishing variety of foods daily.
2. Be active at least 30 minutes each day.
3. Try something new every week (in any area of life).10 -
1.) Living each and everyday as if it's my last day on this earth. Being more focused on building my "spiritual" muscle than my physical ones.
2.) drinking water more instead of caloried drinks...NOT inordinately consuming my calories on liquids.
3.) Walking in love, mercy/forgiveness, joy, self-control, patience, peace, kindness, gentleness, meekness no matter what.
4.) Lifting heavy on the regular
5.) Representing Jesus and The Kingdom of God in everything I think, say or do--when people compliment me on whatever, to give The Lord ALL The Glory, instead of being "ashamed" of the gospel or being lifted up in "pride" and taking all the "credit" for/unto myself.
6.) To "count my blessings" and be thankful and grateful in ALL things, not merely the so-called "good", but the bad and the ugly too.

Continue with CO/CI and walking until I reach 125-130lb hopefully by June 2018. My new goal is to work on toning my abs using only Youtube fitness videos. I'm not sure yet of my schedule. I'll start with every other day and see how it goes. Also, I plan to travel and visit new places abroad, visit some national parks across the U.S. and take some beach road-trips.6

I'm going to try and walk/hike 2018 miles. I mean purposeful miles, ones I do on the track, treadmill or hiking and log as exercise. My everyday walking won't count.11

Other than than those two I plan to run 750km this year and have 2 races but also to have at least 9 dinners with friends. Last month I started a new job and I plan this year to get fully on track and have a lot of fun in it.7 -
Just to eat healthier. Not a diet or anything, just eating better. Also read more.5

I want to learn to balance life and fitness - right now I'm eating well and I'm getting regular exercise, which is a big change from before, but it's taking so much of my time and mental energy that I feel like I don't do anything but cook, eat, sleep, and work out. I think, observing myself, that it's not so much that these things take time as that I have to think about them when I'm not doing them. I spend a lot of time planning and getting ready and psyching myself up, in addition to doing. So what I need to do is make these new food and fitness behaviors habits, so I don't have to think about them as much. And work to set them out of my mind when I should be focusing on other things.7

I want to make more of an effort to keep my busy house cleaner and tidier!
