If your symptoms for PCOS and endo are not that significant, there's no reason you have to take bcp's. Are you looking to have children- or more children? If so, I would continue to take them just to continue to regulate your cycles. Then when your ready to try to concieve they can take you off that and put you on…

Take your own snacks- and if you still feel the pull- ask them to support you and not take that stuff. Another thing you could do- is when they break out the cheetos- take off on a short hike- just stay in it! 2 or 3 days camping isn't worth wrecking your efforts! The prize is bigger than cheetos! ;)

A handful of whole natural- no salt almonds is always a GREAT snack! I usually try to put my whole almonds in my oatmeal- adds some texture and good fats.

Fast food- McD's double cheeseburger.... actually now I don't miss it- but when I first started- that's a different story ;)

Melba toast with low fat chive and onion cream cheese with some sliced sundried tomatoes on top. It's crunchy, rich, sweet, and chewy all in one bite- around 170 calories for 4 toasties.
