  • I haven't don't that program, but I completed 30 Day Shred a few years ago. I don't particularly care for Jillian as a trainer, because she kinda makes me mad, but I am in love with her podcast. Her and her crew are hilarious and I've been really interested in her topics lately.

  • Today was my second time doing Pure Cardio. I found I didn't have to take as many breaks today! I'm so proud of myself, and I can tell my endurance and strength are already getting better, even after just 1 week. There workouts are tough, but they will be SO WORTH IT in the end!

  • Today was Cardio Recovery. After another sleepless night from my daughter, I was happy for the "break." Day 4 is done!!
  • My daughter didn't sleep well last night, and I wanted to skip my workout to take a nap with her. However, I knew I'd kick myself later if I did that, so I powered through. Cardio Power & Resistance done. 3 days into Insanity and feeling proud of myself. I can't wait to see the Fit Test results in 2 weeks.
  • Happy late birthday! I did Plyometrics Cardio Circuit. It was hard! But I made it through, and I was definitely sweating. I'm tired now, but it's going to be so worth it in the end!

  • I totally drink dark beer when I'm having supply issues. The yeast helps with production. Also, Guiness has tons on good B vitamins in it.
