If you can get ahold and beat your cravings you wont even need to do that much exercise. Weight loss is 80% diet 20% exercise

Strength training is honestly minimal in terms of calories burned. I just log it as general, but at the end of the day don't even count it, and eat all the calories back.

To me it seems like anything estimated on MFP is x2 of what you actually burned.

It takes me on average 40 seconds to weigh my food per meal. That includes measuring each type of food i'm putting on my plate. I don't understand why people think it is time consuming.

Eating kraft dinner and burger king isn't a good thing that's for sure.

Try picking up some glucosamine pills to help out your joints. I'm 6'5 and have terrible cracking knees and it has helped me lots.

Eating 80 grams of protein a meal is likely a waste. Your body can only absorb so much at a time.

Eating 1300 cals a day and working out 9 times a week is probably why you stalled. Try eating 1600 cals for a week, but keep exercise the same. I bumped my calories up 400 and in 1 week i dropped 6 lbs again.

It wont fill you up as much as eating something like a grilled chicken breast, and honestly the price of tuna/chicken is comparable to a scoop of protein powder but with lots more nutritional value.

I bought vitamin d3 drops 1000IU last week and put 3 drops in a drink in the morning, I do feel slightly more upbeat, and less depressed.
