Exactly! There is a big amount of grumbling going on in the WW community right now too. If you dare say to someone on the Freestyle plan about zero point foods aren't zero calories, they immediately block you/delete you. It's ridiculous. I got fat not counting what I ate. I got fat eating healthy foods. I need a start and stop point. I like to be treated like an adult and decide what foods are best for me. The study done for freestyle was a 6 month study using 152 people, most who were already at lifetime status.

I take pictures of my food, often in restaurants. When I get home, I use the picture to log my calories.

I'm mostly a lurker here - I've learned alot. This sentence actually pi**es me off. I am no where near the level alot of you in regards to fitness - my focus has been weight loss for now, and I care for my body and health just as much as you.
