Good gravy, Georg Ohm is spinning is his grave! That is NOT how electrical resistance works at all. Heck, that's not even how an electrical outlet works... With or without the magic blanket, please stay away from electrical outlets.

Keto naturally suppresses your appetite, and most of what you eat (fat, protein) generally takes longer to digest. At the end of the day it's still taking in less calories. I lost 61 lbs in six months using keto and exercise. If it works for you, then good on ye.

I've been in ketosis for eight weeks, just doing some summer maintenance. I have three more weeks to go. No big deal, if you need help, I'll help.

Don't bother with uploading to some image hosting site on the net. Just Click on "Attach image" in the tool bar. Immediately above where you're typing, middle section, last icon in the group on the right, then choose your photo via dialog boxes. Example:

I love summer and early fall in Ohio, and Put-In-Bay is the best place to burn a weekend now and then... But, the six months of winter and overcast skies can truly, horribly suck with the worst of them...

How does putting down the fork constitute a "journey?"

I lost 61 lbs over six months doing it, along with an hour of jogging every other day. Ketosis does naturally suppress your appetite, there were days I'd have to force myself to eat more than 1,300 calories. (I'm a 6'3 man). I've kept the weight off, and I think it was a great tool to get the job done.

It's a tool, like any other. If it helps to keep you motivated then it's worth it. The FitBit Zip is cheap and lets me "compete" with my friends. So yeah, totally worth it for me.

I'm 42 and a man, and I'd love to join your sexist, ageist group!

Weird... Especially since so many watches use GPS coordinates to figure out altitude instead of barometric pressure. I'd call the manufacturer and inquire with them.

It's pretty clear that someone felt the flavors complimentary. However, there was some precedent: since the 18th century French had been making a confection called a "girotte" which involved soaking a sour cherry in kirsch and then covering it in cocoa and, later, chocolate. By the end of the 19th century, they'd more or…

I lost 61 lbs over six months using ketosis and exercise. It helped me with my mental focus, too. If you do it safely, all the YES!

No kidding. Don't waste a thought or a penny on that idiotic pyramid scheme. If you need protein powder, use the web. I use Premiere Protein from Costco (and only when it's on sale). Good luck, best wishes!
