    Vans, but I guess maybe what I refer to as trucks, you probably call lorries.

    Its a sandwich. In culinary terms, rolls are a form of bread ( leavened dough that is/was baked ).

    Yes I can relate to both of those. Nothing wrong with it in my opinion. It's the same meat, and the same bread recipe, only in a different shape.

    Actually, a hamburger is a type of sandwich. The type of bread used is irrelevant. Also, you've never had a hamburger between 2 slices of bread? I have, when I've run out of buns. Hamburgers have to do with the ground meat patty.
