I find as long as you stay around the 5% carbs and eat as much as you want of the other you will lose. I've been keeping my calories to eat at 1350, but find I'm actually eating 1100-1200 calories just logging what I eat. I log to make sure I stay withing the 5% carbs.

The Keto diet is great! I have been on it full time for a week and already lost 3 lbs. I did this diet many many years ago and been looking for it for a while. Losing a lb. a day now, trying to keep around 5% carbs.

I've been on it for little over a week now have only lost 4 lbs. Very slow going, but I am full at the end of the day with only 1200 calories. I did add some light exercise with Body Flex (Greer Childers) that I did many years ago and already feeling better.

I was living in Vermont working at Vermont Fasteners when we heard the news and though it was a hoax. My boss ran to the store and got an antenna for the TV in the break room and we all gathered around the TV in shock. Couldn't believe it was really happening and scared not knowing if the attack was going to continue.

You must be tall! Cause I'm I've only gone from an 18 to 16 can tightly fit in 14's. Wish I could do that!

I am 5'2. Started the beginning of March at 206 lbs. Now I'm at 189 lbs. My goal is also between 130-135 lbs I want to get back to this old pic of my 20 years ago!

sorry for the double post new at this picture thing..... I have been using my treadmill now for 4 weeks so I have probably lost inches too, but I didn't measure my self.

I love my treadmill, use is every morning 1st thing. Only speed walking, but after 4 weeks straight now I feel better and don't huff and puff walking up hills anymore!
