Hi there I am new to tracking food that goes n my mouth
but am trying to follow a keto diet which is low carbs medium protein
and HIGH fat
according to this I always get the message I am not eating enough
I dont get it............but I do get a message that in 5 weeks I will weigh104kg I am 109now
that suites me as long as it is going down

I find as long as you stay around the 5% carbs and eat as much as you want of the other you will lose. I've been keeping my calories to eat at 1350, but find I'm actually eating 1100-1200 calories just logging what I eat. I log to make sure I stay withing the 5% carbs.1

I started keto in February 2016, am down 50 pounds but have 5 to go. I rarely get the numbers right in macros and nutrients. I should have used MFP a long time ago but just started a couple months ago. Still learning.1
