Hey there! I started Keto on June 2 and have seen some great results... especially since I've been diagnosed with PCOS. Coming to keto has been a breath of fresh air on my weight loss journey. Looking for some keto and PCOS accountability and inspiration friends. Feel free to add me!

The Keto diet is great! I have been on it full time for a week and already lost 3 lbs. I did this diet many many years ago and been looking for it for a while. Losing a lb. a day now, trying to keep around 5% carbs.0
