Absolutely this!!! Use MFP as a planning, not just tracking, tool. Add in your wine, beer, 1/2 gallon of ice cream, etc. when planning your meals for the day. If it fits while maintaining your desired macro ratio and calorie count for loss or maintenance then your are good to go!

Thanks. I was using an incorrect window and was assuming I had a broken metabolism. I was preparing for a 30-day water fast to reboot my metabolism, but will put that on hold unless you think I should go ahead with it - or maybe switch to a coffee colonic.

Easily one of the best episodes (and most have been great). Are they going to try and set the Governor up to be a sympathetic character or is he just getting motivated to rebuild an empire? I also like that we took a break from the prison gang in order to build some anticipation of Rick talking to Daryl about Carol's exile.
