Hello how is everyone doing with quarantine life? I've gained 10 lbs this passed month. I went from working and being on my feet 8-12 hours to being stuck at home with no job till this virus passes. I'm also 5'1 you all can friend me if you like. I'm getting back at it to lose what I gained plus a lot more.

Nice hahaha. I'm actually trying not to eat after 6pm but I still drink plenty of water or green tea to take any cravings away. Lets see how that goes for me. :drinker:

I'm with her on that I have 5 kids and met a wonderful man 6yrs ago and we are very happy. Of course we have our ups and downs but who doesn't in a relationship. Been married 5 yrs now. =)

I have the 4 mile one and I love it. I already lost 7 lbs my first week. I'm excited to see what I lose at the end of week 2. :happy:

That is so awesome. That is one of my goals that I am working toward is getting off my metformin, lisinopril, and simvistatin. Of course losing weight for a healthier and energized me. Keep up the great work. :happy:

I have diabetes, hbp, and I was feeling nausea. It was the biggest loser the workout dvd that I did for 20 min phase 1 cardio. I was under my calories count by 300+. So I snacked on a glass of fat free milk and ate a granola thin. I am feeling much better now though after snacking on that. Your advice is very muchβ¦
