Congratulations on coming back! I am coming back myself.. had lost 10 kg (22 pounds) last year, but I somehow left it and in half a year half of the weight lost is back :frown: So I'm starting anew, and now determined to reach my goal completely! Cheers, and keep up the spirit :happy:

I just noticed.. :noway: My hands are losing weight too! The ring I have been wearing for years is now getting loose, which is ok. But! I do not have scale in dormitory, so I weigh in very rarely - maybe once in 2 weeks if even that often. And every time I do check in, I see my progress. Not sticking to the scale, but trusting my feelings. And the mirror :)

Thank you! It really looks like MFP is what I needed to keep myself motivated. Writing it all down is important for me and knowing the healthy way is helpful. And the people around here are so supportive! This all will help me to reach my goal :)
