For your own before and after "sizer" like I have as my main page, visit LHJ.COM :happy: Set up your free account, then personalize your character and try different clothes on and set your current weight and goal weight...and then:

1-save your current weight image
2-save your goal weight image
3-go to paint, open up current weight image, copy entire image
4-open goal weight image, move image to the right
5-paste your copied current weight pic, then crop and save full image
6-paste it on MFP as great motivation :happy:

    that is really a good motivator to se this image every time i log into this page.

    Yes, you can go to mvm.com as well, and there is another one as well! I have tried all three and have found the one on lhj.com to be the easiest to use with more to choose from "fashion" wise :happy: But the one on mvm.com is good as well!!!

    go to mvm.com and they let you pick 3 different sites including LHJ
