I never crave sweets which makes me force fruits down, sometimes I sprinkle salt on them to make them more palatable (gross I know). Does make holidays easier since I don't eat all the goodies.

20lbs would be a reasonable goal if I lose more it would be a great Christmas gift to myself!

I can barely move today, but completed 135 regular squats!

Only was able to do 15 each side of these and they weren't pretty. The rest were a mix of sumo squats and weighted regular sqauts.

Fell over when I tried to jump! Balance is not my friend. Completed minus jump!

2 sets of 53 done!

Tried, but just couldn't get the hang of these. So I did 4 sets of 25 squats with 2 10lb hand weights. Still was a challange!

Yeah for a rest day! My thighs are on fire! Still have my regular routine to do though!

20 Curtsy Squat Rear Leg Lifts per leg and 40 regular squats done! That was def the hardest so far!
