I'm a Kindergarten Teacher, trying my best to avoid those staff room snacks! Feel free to add me, we can motivate one another, or at the very least, complain and relate! :)

I've logged 214 days consecutively in the past but then lost my streak when I stayed overnight in an area with no internet. It stinks having no data plan!

I often eat over calories on the weekend and work off the overages on my Monday workout (Mondays I have longer to workout while my husband watches the kids). Usually I have a snack to replenish the calories I burned off during my workout, but on Monday nights I don't and I use those extra calories to cover my weekend…

I'm so tired I'm having difficulty typing.

I've had my fitbit for close to a year now and I can't live without it. It has made a world of difference in my daily activity levels and keeps me motivated to up my activity and top the leaderboard each week. I LOVE my fitbit!

I find myself hungry all the time when I eat the same thing (or a similar thing) every day for a bunch of days in a row. I figure it's my body's way of telling me that it's bored with what I'm eating and it's time to switch it up!

136 sticks of butter since I've been with MFP.

I've lost a little over 30 lbs and went from a D to a B. I was sad to see them go but so much happier with the way my body looks now, so I can deal with some lost boobage. Throw on a great push-up, a flattering top, add inserts if you really feel like you need to.

If you really feel the need to log while you're in Vegas bring a notebook and pen along with you and input your food when you get home. Honestly though, going off of your food plan for 3 days isn't likely to be much of a problem. You'd have to eat an awful lot more than you normally do to actually gain a significant amount…

Save your money! You can track calories on here instead (the database is better anyway and reflects the real world, the real world does not operate on a point system), get some great MFP friends to help keep you accountable, buy a fitbit to keep track of your activity and you're good to go. I really don't like WW because…

Mine is 2230 as an active, 5'8", 135lb, 30 year old. I also wear a fitbit and on days that I run I get some more calories added on top of that. Everybody's maintenance calorie levels are going to vary widely though, so I'm not sure what you're looking to glean from the answers to this question.

I have the Fitbit Zip and I think I owe most of my success to it (eating right played a massive role too though) When I got my Zip I was logging around 5000 steps per day and now I'm usually around 16000 per day. If I go for a run I'm usually in the 20000-25000 range. I found it was really motivating to compete with my…

I can only see the current pic since we aren't MFP friends... so I'll go with the current profile pic. :)

I took before pics in yoga pants and a sports bra and take an updated picture each time I drop 10 lbs. I HATED taking those before pics but now I'm so glad that I did. Seeing the difference between where I started and where I am now is insanely motivating.

I think her legs are great. Also love that she's wearing Lululemon (shorts and jacket!) :)

Probably not.

Generally, I accept anyone and everyone that requests, I comment, support and interact until someone gives me a good reason not to. I've only ever "unfriended" 2 people. I find that some of my best MFP friends aren't necessarily people that are my same age or in my same situation, and I think that's pretty cool.

I pose with my hand on my hip because I'm awkward as f**k and I don't know what to do with my arms/hands/whatever at any given time. Sometimes when I'm going about my day, my hands flail wildly about my head, sometimes they wiggle gently behind me like they are blowing in the breeze. In an effort to appear to be a normal…

I'm 5'9". Started out at 168lbs, in size 12/14 bottoms, large tops. Currently 137lbs, in size 6/8 bottoms, small/medium tops. I've got pretty wide hip bones, so I don't think it's too likely that I'll get down to a size 4 just because they won't fit over my hips. I think I'll end up solidly in size 6's at my goal weight.…

I don't think that 2 Quest bars = a binge. That being said, if you're going to binge, binge on something delicious! (like those cookies!) :D

Not only have you wasted your money, but you've wasted our time by posting almost identical topics in more than one section of the board (which is against the MFP community guidelines). Everyone in the world has their own unique combination of DNA, so why not make your own unique meal plan based on the things you enjoy,…
