Thanks for posting. That first picture doesnt even look like you. When I first looked at it I thought you were much older than what you look like in your other pictures. Being overweight really changes how you look. Good JOb!

I found a ton online too but nothing for the soup you get. The sausage lentil soup was 320 and the minestrone was listed at 160 per cup. The small bread loaf is 500 calories. Carrabbas got an F on the Eat This Not That website b/c they dont post their nutritional information. If I go I usually eat really good for the day…

soup- there is a mix called bear creek that is really good. chili with ground turkey a grilled/baked chicken breast is usally around 260 with some veggies- under 400 tuna sandwhich on wheat bread is under 400 eggs and whole wheat toast is under 400 Hope this helps!

I finally broke down and went to a running store. They watched me walk and picked out a couple different shoes for me. They are like BUTTER. They fit so well, its comfortable to run and no shin splints. It was worth the 130.00.

My husband and I tried to have a baby for years. We adopted our daughter in 05. In the next 2 years I lost 30lbs. I got pg April of 07. I think weight loss and exercise had alot to do with it. Plus you will feel better. Best of luck! It will happen!

Overall I lose as much but at a faster pace. I am supposed to lose "8 lbs by Feb 13th" I think it will be faster.

There is a great cookbook out there by Jerry Seinfelds wife, I think her name is Jessica. She shows you how to add vegetable puree into everything. Some of the stuff is good, some not so good. I make turkey chili alot and my husband and kids eat it all.

Fruit, veggies. I eat Kashi Go Lean Crunch in the morning. It has a ton of protein and fills me up unitl lunch. Lean meats, replace creamer and sugar in coffee to splenda. No mayo. Watch going out to eat too. Even salads can have a ton of calories in them.

I have been recording what I eat for almost 35 days. I do beat myself up a little bit if I go over my 1200 calories. What I usually do is try to make sure I work out the next day. I work harder at the gym to try to burn some extra calories. Read some of the posts about it on here. It helped me realize that not every day is…

I am not a fitness expert but what I have read on here and other sites is that you should. If you dont eat them you are not taking in enough calories which causes the body to go into starvation mode. I eat mine. 1200 calories a day is really not that much.

Thanks everyone! I love this site. I was so crabby last night and couldnt seem topush through it so I just went to bed. :) I kept telling my husband "I could eat a whole cake right now" That would have made me feel worse.

What I do for midday is put out 3 bowls. One bowl has cut up apples, bowl 2 has carrots and bowl 3 has mini dill pickles. Hardly any calories and its a ton of food. I must have that need to crunch my food! String cheese is low. Drink tons of water and just make smart choices. Best of luck-you are doing it !
