What foods should I eat?

I am starting to work on losing weight and I am not sure what foods I should eat. I already started exercising atleast 3 times a wekk and now I need to work on what I consume. Any suggestions? My caloric intake is suppose to be around 2100 calories.

PROTEIN. (eggs, white meat, etc.)

all "clean" foods...nothing processed (or limit it) alot of advice i hear is to stay on the outer aisles of the grocery store...all foods in its natural form...plenty protein and fibers :-)0

Fruit, veggies. I eat Kashi Go Lean Crunch in the morning. It has a ton of protein and fills me up unitl lunch. Lean meats, replace creamer and sugar in coffee to splenda. No mayo. Watch going out to eat too. Even salads can have a ton of calories in them.0

Try to find food you like to eat, but with lower calories. If you like a nice breakfast then get some best of the egg, turkey sausage crumbles and chopped spinach. That is a great breakfast and it is under 200 calories. There are also bagel alternatives for about 110 calories, fat free cream cheese for 30 cals a tblspoon. For lunch mix it up do spicy chicken salads with low calorie dressing or salsa low calorie soups that are actually pretty good (Mexican Chicken tortilla soup, Chicken and Noodle) . Good snacks for, me anyway, is 100 calorie popcorn, golden delis. apples, pretzels, string cheese wrapped in two slices of ham and mustard. Dinners I try to do less carbs more veggies. Cod fillets grilled, sauteed veggies with seasoning. Steamfresh veggies are great and pretty cheap if you have to cook for a whole family. This is doable, just have to find the foods you like that are healthier. Hopefully some good advice on becoming a healthier eater!! It is hard I have been there. I have been on MFP for 7 months. Lost 28 pounds and about 16+ inches around my whole body. You can do it and this site will help!!0
