My advice is to eat alll the fats! In the beginning I wanna as afraid to, felt hungry, and didn’t lose so much. I eat every fat gram now and I am seeing more movement on the scale. I get fat in through heavy cream in eggs, cooking in bacon fat

I am 5'7 and 215. I started running two years ago at 195, which I ran a half marathon at. I am a slow pace, 12 min mile. I started with the Couch 25K program and swear by it! You can do this! One thing, I swear by the right shoes, get fitted! And the best bra which my fave is Enell.

I struggle with very tight calf muscles during my runs, and yes, just stretch as much as i can before. I believe that stretching at night also hellps.

Also, they allow you to hear what is happening outside, which is good for running safe. I also hear that the Senheiser (sp?)…

I am a runner. I would not imagine that even at a slow pace, that the belt would be able to keep up with you. I would advise you to make friends with Mother Nature, and get out in the fresh air to run. It really does help to run like you would on race day. Invest in a headlamp if you need to go when its early or late. Good…
