I believe the tart cherry was helping, but then I stopped taking it to see how the Lubrisyn would work. I haven't been taking anything regularly for the last week or so. I do notice improvement with the Lubrisyn. At times I can take Aleve 2 pills 4 times a day and as of late I take just 2 Aleve a day. Now this doesn't mean I am pain free but I certainly do experience less pain and my body and joints feel less creaky and more fluid.

I use it as a cooking oil and keep a separate jar in the bathroom for my daily face wash/makeup remover. Love that stuff! And I log it when I use it.....only in cooking of course : )

I know what you mean about not holding poses long. Sometimes I am looking for super slow stretchy yoga routines and sometimes the moves are held for 5 seconds and then they move on to the next. I would check out YouTube and see what you find, possibly yoga stretching would be helpful. I have a regular 20-30 min stretching routine and it's mostly made up of yoga and some Pilates I have learned over the years. Sorry I am not more helpful, it's hard to describe stretching moves : )
