Looking to increase my support group!

Hey guys, I am about 7lbs away from my initial goal of 140lbs - I started out at 196lbs in January - and I have had a lot of great support from my friends on MFP. Once I get to my goal I would like to tone up and re-evaluate where I want to go next. I'm looking to increase my friends list further and get some more support which I will gladly reciprocate. I log on every day and try to encourage/motivate all of my friends :)

I like to have a laugh and a joke so don't be offended if I'm not talking about fitness 24/7! :)

    I'll friend and support you! I myself have a long way to go. I started out at 195, now I'm at 180. I'm looking to get down to my fighting weight of 115-120. I joined a boot camp style weight loss competition at my work, which runs until the middle of November. My goal by the end of that program is to hit 160 pounds. I really struggle with emotional eating. I need all the encouragement I can get!
