My annoyance is THAT GUY. The dude who shows up in his super high tech shoes and under armour outfit. I had one at the gym I used to go to. He would stretch on his treadmill right in front of everyone and take his time warming up, meanwhile everyone wanted to punch him in the back of the head... sorry I started ranting...

I am just starting out but am trying this... Breakfast -7:30a (400 calories or less) Early snack-10a (300 or less) Lunch-12n (400 0r less) Late snack-3p (300 or less) Dinner-6:30p (600 or less) Now this doesn't work every day but my snacks are protein bars or a shake, something I can eat/drink while at work.
