Net calories would be your net calories consumed. That would be calories consumed minus calories burned doing exercise.

I have the same problem, except I injured my left knee and left shoulder. And this has been a reocurring thing. I'm getting very frustrated. Next week I'm going to take a private Pilates class. Maybe the instructor can figure out why I keep injuring myself. Its not like I'm doing anything extreme. I actually injured my…

Also try doing single-leg exercises. Like squatting half the weight, but using only one leg. That way you can't baby it.

I now take the stairs up and down at work and I always record that in my exercise. :D

Jillian Michaels Shred It With Weights is low impact. Very doable.

If you're looking for something unusual but definitely yoga try Kundalini yoga. Very active and engaged.

I'm doing it every other day for mow. Have done it three times so far and am very sore. Especially my glutes! Anyone feel it in their backside as well?

I've seen slacklining but never tried it. Hard to imagine how you start something like that..without breaking an ankle. :)

I'll do it too. Have had the DVD for a couple weeks but haven't tried it yet.

How about adding some smoothies to your diet? That way you get fluids and calories. I like to take whatever fruit I have on hand (fresh, but frozen if no fresh available) and blend it up with some ice cubes, and a scoop of whey protein powder dissolved in water. I like to watch TV or listening to music while I ride the stationary bike and the beeping reminds me if I've slowed down too…

Sugar is the devil. ;) I really do think it's as addictive as crack or cigarettes and have realized I cannot control my consumption. Like cigarettes (which i also used to be addicted to) I've realized I cannot have 'just one'. I have to completely cut it out of my diet. And if I slip once, just realize that I'll be facing…

I love peanut butter on a banana. Or whole, raw almonds. Or 0% fatGreek yogurt (high protein), with stevia and shelled, unsalted pistachios. Or the same yogurt but with stevia, cinnamon and sliced almonds Yummy

Hi, just started recently and definitely could use some support and especially peer pressure! I'm 45, about 80 lbs overweight, but still relatively healthy. I workout regularly, dont eat junk (mostly), and feel generally good about myself. But I've got to drop some of this weight because I'm just tired of feeling so…

Wow! 75 is awesome. It always slows down as you get closer. I've heard the best thing to do to a plateau is to change something. Particularly try something different in your exercise routine. If you're not already doing some resistance, weight lifting, then add that. You can do it.
