Daily Summary Help

Hi All! I am trying to figure out what the "Net" value on my daily summary means. I can figure the food and the exercise, along with the remainin calories, but just not "net". I also know if I add Net and Remining Calories, that equals my goal calories per day. Does that mean my "net" in effectively how many calories I've eaten that day?
TIA

Net calories would be your net calories consumed. That would be calories consumed minus calories burned doing exercise.0
