Lets go!! I'm TT. Food is my issue. I did cardio party today; completed 30 minutes bc i was on the run. Tomorrow I will do 20 minutes/abs/strength training.

I am on week 2 and still finding it hard to get through cardio party. I did 30 minutes today. The 2nd circuit gets me all the time (squats and kicks). I'm doing the advance calendar; tomorrow is 20 minute & abs. I'm also adding a 10 minutes strength training routine. Still working on my food intake.

Hi ladies. Today was very busy; missed my 2 snacks; only 1 workout. I feel good. Tomorrow will be a slower day at work so I can get home earlier. Workouts. I will definitely go longer than 17 next workout. Thanks

I exercise daily and try to stay under 1400 calories but sometimes I may eat 1 cookie and feel like I've just wasted my time working out. I've seen many diaries where people are eating what they want but still losing 1-2lbs per week by exercising daily. I am just curious to know HOW?

I am the same way. I can not eat what I want and lose weight. I have to cut out everything. ANNOYING but it is what it is..

BMR = 1530 Should my NET be always be above 1200? Lowered my sodium by 500 last week. No thyroids.

Hello. I to have been stuck in the 170s. 173.3 to be exact. Started doing 30 day shred on Jan 31 and have not lost anyweight. I upped my calories to 1500 from 1200. Hopefully that helps me to see 169 by Mach 1. It been frustrating
