INSANITY - JULY 4the start date - Interested
I've been on vacation mode since June 4th. I visited the doctor yesterday and found out I gained 7lbs in 3 weeks. SO DISGUSTED!!!.. With that said, I need to get back into my workout routine; therefore I will be starting Insanity Monday, July 4th. If your interested, join me.

1st day of 17 day diet
whew..i thought this was going to be hard but I DID it and made it to 1200 calories. Is anyone doing more than the 2 (17 minute) workouts? I had a lof of energy today I could have done more.

no weight..just inches
i lost 3 inches in 1 week but no weight. I kept my food under 1300 but was in the red in few areas. Do more protein, more sugars contribute to NO weight lost?
