1st day of 17 day diet

whew..i thought this was going to be hard but I DID it and made it to 1200 calories. Is anyone doing more than the 2 (17 minute) workouts? I had a lof of energy today I could have done more.

    Great job! I decide each day what I can do. It varies between exactly 17 minutes on the elliptical to 90 minutes of hot yoga. Some days I felt better than others.

    Hi ladies.
    Today was very busy; missed my 2 snacks; only 1 workout. I feel good. Tomorrow will be a slower day at work so I can get home earlier.

    Workouts. I will definitely go longer than 17 next workout. Thanks

    finished my first day today, wasnt as hard as i thought it was but i made it, i walked 2 miles, im gonna weigh in on saturday to see if its actually working. When do you plan on weighing in?
