I have twins, and when they were little one would go in one direction and one would go in another - so yes, I tried this. Unfortunately, they were just too active and it did not work at all.

I personally think that your feet align the rest of your body - it is important to have good shoes no matter what you are doing. Who knows - you may want to take yourself outside on a nice day too.

I was shocked when I went to a pancake house that we usually go to. They recently started putting calories on their menu and even the omelettes were over 1000 calories. I started today, but my DVD was damaged so I will probably not officially start until I get the replacement. Started the slim down today too. I thought I would be starving, but I am feeling really good.

I did the same thing - lost 10 + pounds and gained it all back. I think we forget how hard we worked to get it off and lose track of our eating again. I am finding that logging everything I eat - even if I don't want to see it on there, helps a lot. Feel free to add me as well.

I was shocked about crabs. I always thought they were low cal - but after eating 6 at a crab feast, I realized I had eaten 600 calories!

For some reason EVERYTIME I slow cook the meat comes out dry... or the dish is like a soup. I would love to know of any foolproof recipes.

I hate the gym too - but for different reasons. I think they are the nastiest, most unhygienic places - and I used to work in one. I could tell you stories ... ewwww! I much rather take a class than get on some used pre-sweated dirty machine that someone just sat on. Okay - so I may have issues.

I pour chicken stock over mine and bake them in muffin tins. I don't use egg or breadcrumbs, and I mix fresh parsley, spinach and onion in them. They come out really juicy.

I have been eating them sprinkled on food - and while I do feel more full, I am wondering whether the calories expended are worth it. They are kind of a lot of calories for a condiment, and I have not seen any weight loss from them.

I find pilates is great at strengthening your core and tightening the tummy!

Pictures are what propelled me here. I was very disappointed with what I saw, and I am totally motivated to take new ones after I lose the weight.

Grilled chicken, brown rice, broccoli - very filling!!

I like to input as I go and add my exercise the day after, so that it doesn't calculate into my food calories.
