Did you log your exercise in MFP?0

use a heart rate monitor. Or look up the exercises on here. It will do a calculation for you based on your height/weight.0

I would look up exercises on here, and keep track of how long you do each exercise.0

Log into MFP. For the most accurate record, get a heart rate monitor to wear when you exercise. I love my Polar FT7, about $75 on Amazon.
Your burn will depend on your gender, weight, age, and exercise type/intensity. MFP can give you an estimated burn, but I will warn you that the previously listed factors make a difference. There is a program at my gym that enables people to monitor and see their calorie burn, and last time I looked at the screen closely after an intense workout, the calorie burn for people ranged from around 400 to over 900 calories, with everyone doing the same workout!0
